3. Merchandise Sales & Tax Implications

• Purchases of World Volleyball Day merchandise are not tax-deductible, as buyers receive goods in exchange for payment.
• Donations made to Block the Bully without receiving goods are fully tax-deductible.
• Refund Policy: All merchandise sales are final unless a product arrives damaged or defective.

4. Indemnity Clause

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless World Volleyball Day, Block the Bully, and their affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and volunteers from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising from your participation in World Volleyball Day or use of this website.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, World Volleyball Day and Block the Bully shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from participation in World Volleyball Day, use of this website, or merchandise purchases.

We shall not be responsible for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, acts of government, war, or internet failures.
